We are committed to creating a personalised and wonderful experience and as such, we request that you consider the below policies when booking to help us provide an optimum treatment for each and every client, and keep the salon running smoothly.
Making a booking
Please call or email us to make a booking.
We want your treatments to be ideal for you so please note that for some proposed bookings we will need to have a discussion with you prior to ensure the treatment you have asked for is the best option for you. If we feel there are contraindications, or for other cause, we reserve the right to decline to accept an appointment or to perform a treatment.
If using a gift certificate, please quote your certificate number at the time of booking and present your certificate prior to your treatment.
All services over 1 hour will require a $50.00 non refundable deposit to secure the booking. If you need to change the date or time of the treatment, the $50.00 will transfer with this booking. This deposit will be taken off the total treatment value at the time of the treatment.
For some appointments, we will need a larger deposit, for instance, group bookings and lengthy treatments on Saturdays or late nights. If this is the case, we will discuss this with you when you make your booking.
Confirming your appointment
Our system sends an SMS in the lead up to your appointment. We ask that you confirm your appointment by replying Yes, or call us to confirm or request to reschedule. Please note, our automated SMS system does not accept incoming text messages other than Yes.
If you do not confirm your appointment
We have generally found if someone doesn’t confirm they are unable to attend. Our system makes two attempts then automatically cancels appointments that are not confirmed.
Cancelling or missing your appointment
Last minute cancellations or no shows enormously disadvantage us. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment we ask that you call us no less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment to allow us to re-book your appointment slot.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment will forfeit any non-refundable deposit paid, and will in addition be charged half the scheduled treatment price if the appointment slot could not be re-booked. If you are using a Gift Voucher this will be voided.
About your appointment
On arrival, each new client is asked to complete a client consultation form in which you tell us the information we need to provide the most suitable treatment.
Your appointment slot starts 10 minutes before your scheduled start. This is to allow us time to get you settled in.
If you are late, your treatment will still be completed on time so we don’t inconvenience the next client. The cost of your treatment will remain unchanged.
In situations where arriving late to the appointment requires rescheduling the appointment to a later time, the above-mentioned cancellation fee will apply.
If you are unwell
If you are unwell we will not be able to perform your treatment. We appreciate you cancelling your appointment.
Some of our staff and clients suffer from chemical sensitivities so we would appreciate it if you do not wear perfume or strong fragrances to our salon.
